For years, I worked in high-pressure environments on superyachts & high end retreats—leading teams, managing expectations, and holding everything together at the highest level.
I was responsible for people, standards, and experiences where everything had to run seamlessly.
From the outside, it looked like I had it all handled. And in many ways, I did.
But underneath it… something didn’t feel right.
I knew how to lead everyone else. But I hadn’t learned how to lead myself.
I was making decisions from pressure. Overriding my own knowing.
Giving my power to the environment, expectations, and people around me —without even realising it.
And eventually, that disconnection caught up with me. Not in a dramatic way —but in a quiet, persistent feeling of:
this isn’t fully me.
That’s what led me into this work. Not to fix myself —but to reconnect with the part of me that already knew how to lead.
Through Human Design, breathwork, and subconscious work,
I didn’t just understand myself —I experienced what it felt like to be fully anchored in my own authority.
And once that happened… everything changed.

but because I was finally leading it from within.
