Master of the Interior

FROM MANAGING SUPERYACHTS TO GUIDING INNER VESSELS

For nine years, my office was the ocean.

As a Chief Stew on luxury yachts, I was the master of the inner vessel.

My life was defined by high-pressure environments — anticipating every need before it was spoken, and ensuring a seamless experience for everyone on board, no matter how rough the seas became.

I knew how to keep the ship moving forward with precision and control.

But while I had mastered external order,
I was completely lost within my own life.

I was steering everyone else’s ship —
while my own inner compass was spinning.

High-functioning, but hollow.
Leading with strength, but disconnected from my own truth.

My internal system was taking on water.

I left the sea to find my own direction.

That search became a 12-year voyage into Human Design, subconscious reprogramming, and somatic work.

And I realised something:

The leadership I had learned on those yachts
was the exact tool I needed —
I just had to turn it inward.

The Inner Compass Method is the integration of those two worlds:
operational leadership and intuitive wisdom.

It is a structured navigation system
for people ready to lead their own lives
from a place of self-trust and clarity.

The Foundations of the Method

The Inner Compass Method isn’t a single tool.

It’s an integrated navigation system for your life —
designed to create change that is deep, safe, and sustainable.

This work is built on 9 core pillars,
each one supporting a different part of how you operate, decide, and move through the world.

The Map

Understand how you are designed to move through life.
Clarity replaces confusion.

The COMPASS

Learn to make decisions that are aligned — not reactive.
Self-trust becomes your direction.

THE VESSEL

Build a body that can hold expansion, change, and success.
Your capacity shapes your reality.

The WATER

Develop emotional intelligence and depth.
Feel fully — without losing yourself in it.

The WIND

Regulate your energy and nervous system.
Know when to move — and when to be still.

The CAPTAIN & CREW

Rewire subconscious patterns and internal dynamics.
Lead your inner world — rather than being led by it.

The LIGHTHOUSE

Strengthen your intuition and inner guidance.
Learn to trust what you already know.

The PILOT

Create boundaries, direction, and external support.
Hold your course — even when it’s challenging.

The PORT

Take aligned action and integrate the work into your life.
Move forward — and live from it.

These pillars don’t work in isolation.

They work together — to create a way of operating you can return to, again and again.

ANCHORS

Each pillar is supported by a set of Anchors —
consistent practices that ground the work into your body and daily life.

This is what allows the change to stabilise and hold.

Why This Works

Most approaches focus on mindset alone.

The Inner Compass Method works through the body, the subconscious, and the nervous system —
creating change that is not only understood, but lived.

It is not about becoming someone new.

It is about returning to what has always been there —
and learning how to move from it.

This method has been developed and refined through over a decade of client work and lived experience.

This is not something you learn once.

It’s a way of operating you return to, again and again.
