THE JOURNEY (16 WEEKS)

This mentorship follows the same four directions as Compass Reset — but over 16 weeks, we go further.

Each phase is a distinct stage of your transformation, supported through weekly mentorship, integrative practices, breathwork & hypnotherapy to help you release what’s been running beneath the surface, realign with your truth, and lead from it.

Phase 1: AWAKENING — Charting the Course

Focus: clarity, vision, and inner authority. In this opening phase, we clarify where you are, where you’re being called, and what’s true beneath the noise. You’ll strengthen your decision-making and reconnect to your authentic direction.

  • THE COMPASS: inner authority, values, and aligned decision-making

  • THE CAPTAIN & CREW (THE DRIVER): subconscious programming, inner parts, and the “autopilot” patterns that steer you off course

Phase 2: RESET — Anchoring the Foundation

Focus: regulation, stability, and embodiment.

This phase is about building the inner foundation to hold your next chapter. We strengthen your capacity, regulate the nervous system, and create supportive rhythms so your growth becomes sustainable.

  • THE VESSEL: body wisdom, safety, capacity, and nervous system support

  • THE WATER: emotional intelligence, release, and resilience through feeling

Phase 4: EMBODIMENT — Arriving in Sovereignty

Focus: purpose, leadership, and living the work.

The final phase is where everything becomes lived. We integrate your transformation, reconnect you to creative fire and purpose, and chart the next horizon with clarity and conviction.

  • THE PORT: integration, celebration, and anchoring your new normal
