2) 60-minute online integration call
Because real change is about what happens after the breakthrough.

Most couples work stays at the level of communication tools and “better behaviour”. Helpful — but it can miss the real issue: a dysregulated nervous system can’t choose connection on command.
This intensive is built around:

This is a high-touch, in-person container for couples who don’t want another “talk about it” loop — you want a real reset in the body, cleaner communication, and a clear direction forward.
You’re not paying for hours. You’re investing in a vessel: a structured, guided space where your nervous systems can settle enough to tell the truth, hear each other, and move again — together.

Pay 50% upfront to secure your date, then the remaining 50% balance is due before your intensive.

Not really. This isn’t about diagnosing, analysing, or “fixing” either of you.
Think of it more like a guided reset — a calm, structured vessel where we regulate the nervous system first, then clear the pattern underneath the conflict, and finally chart a clear direction forward (with practical next steps you can actually follow).
If you’ve done therapy and loved it, this can pair beautifully. If therapy hasn’t landed because you keep getting stuck in the same loop, this can be a powerful circuit-breaker.
Totally normal. You don’t both need to be “into the work” in the same way for this to help.
This intensive is designed to be:
practical (we work with what’s happening, not just talk about it)
body-based (we prioritise nervous system safety so you can communicate without spiralling)
non-blame (we focus on the pattern, not who’s “wrong”)
If your partner can simply show up with an open mind and a willingness to participate, that’s enough. Skepticism is welcome — it often softens once the body feels safe
Just bring yourselves, plus anything that supports comfort and presence, like:
a water bottle
a journal (optional)
comfy layers (nervous systems love warmth)
any notes on what you’d love to shift (optional)
Everything else is provided. If you choose the 10am–2pm slot, there are light, intentional snacks included (chosen to be nervous-system supportive — steady energy, gentle on the body).
Because part of this work uses Human Design / connection charts as a map.
Birth details help me see:
how each of your nervous systems tends to process pressure and emotion
where you naturally connect (and where you miss each other)
common friction points that aren’t personal — they’re patterns
how to make decisions and repair conflict in ways that actually fit your dynamic
What I need: date of birth, exact birth time, and birth location for both of you.
You won’t be “performing” or forced into awkward exercises. We move at the pace your nervous systems can hold.
In general, the arc looks like:
arriving + settling (so you’re not launching straight into the hard stuff)
mapping the pattern you keep getting pulled into
regulating + clearing what’s underneath (without blame)
anchoring new agreements + practical next steps
leaving with clarity about what you’re building together from here
It’s deep, but it’s held.
Integration is where the change becomes real life.
Two weeks after your intensive, we meet online to:
review what’s shifted (and what’s still tender)
support any repairs that are needed
refine your agreements, boundaries, and communication “route”
make sure you’re not sliding back into autopilot
This call is also a place to ask, “Okay… now what?” so you keep moving in a clean direction
You don’t have to be in a perfect place to do this. Many couples come in a messy middle: stuck, distant, reactive, or tired.
This isn’t about convincing you to stay together. It’s about creating a safe, honest vessel where you can:
regulate enough to tell the truth
hear each other without defensiveness
and make the next decision from clarity (not survival mode)
