1) Agreement
By purchasing and/or participating in The Compass Reset (“the Program”), you (“Client”) agree to these Terms & Conditions with The Inner Compass Method (“Practitioner”, “Coach”, “Facilitator”).
2) Nature of the Program (Coaching, Not Therapy)
The Compass Reset is a 4-week high-touch hybrid coaching container that may include Human Design guidance, breathwork facilitation, hypnotic clearing processes, and somatic embodiment coaching.
The Program is not medical care, mental health treatment, or psychotherapy.
The Practitioner does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions.
3) Safety, Health Screening & Environment
Because the Program includes breathwork, somatic processes, and hypnotic/subconscious clearing, you acknowledge the work may involve physical sensations and emotional release (including dizziness, tingling, light-headedness, nausea, catharsis, or the surfacing of memories/emotions).
You agree to:
participate only when you feel physically and emotionally able, and pause/stop at any time;
be in a private, quiet, safe space, and ensure you will not be interrupted;
ensure you are not driving, operating machinery, in water, or responsible for the safety of others during sessions;
allow time for integration immediately following deep sessions.
Medical & Mental Health: You confirm you have disclosed any relevant medical or mental health conditions, medications, or history that may affect your participation. If you have any concerns or relevant conditions (including cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, seizures, pregnancy, severe asthma/respiratory issues, psychosis/mania, or other significant physical/mental health conditions), you agree to seek medical/mental health clearance before participating and to notify the Practitioner.
Not Crisis Support: The Program is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are at risk of harming yourself or others, contact local emergency services immediately.
4) Program Container & Inclusions
The Compass Reset is a 4-week journey focused on realignment and nervous system regulation.
The Program includes:
1 x Orientation Session (Human Design/Goal Setting)
1 x Ignition Session (Somatic/Breathwork)
1 x Clearing Session (Subconscious/Hypnotic)
1 x Navigation Session (Integration/Human Design Report)
4 weeks of high-touch support via Email and WhatsApp (using the Practitioner’s designated details).
5) Payment Terms & Commitment
You agree to pay the total Program fee of $1110 USD. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
Pay in Full: $1110 USD is due at registration.
Weekly Installment Plan: 4 installments of $290 USD each. The first installment is due at registration, with the remaining 3 payments automatically charged to your card every 14 days.
Please note: The total investment for this plan is higher ($1,160 USD) to cover additional administrative handling and bank processing fees. By selecting this option, you acknowledge and agree to the full financial commitment of all 4 installments.
Financial Commitment: If you select a payment plan, you are entering into a binding contract and agree to pay all instalments. This is not a pay-as-you-go subscription and you may not cancel remaining payments simply because you choose not to attend, participate, or continue.
Failed / Overdue Payments: If an instalment fails or becomes overdue, the Practitioner may (at their discretion):
a) re-attempt the payment;
b) pause access to sessions, support (including WhatsApp), and any program materials until payment is received; and/or
c) require payment of the outstanding balance before further services are delivered.
Default: If payment is not brought up to date within 7 days of the due date, the Practitioner may terminate access to the Program and the remaining balance will remain payable.
Debt Recovery: You agree the Practitioner may use a debt collection process to recover overdue amounts and you will be liable for reasonable recovery costs to the extent permitted by law.
6) Refund Policy
Due to the high-touch nature and immediate delivery of resources, no refunds are offered once the Program has commenced, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law (consumer guarantees cannot be excluded).
7) Scheduling & Rescheduling
48-Hour Notice: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule any session.
Late Cancellations: If a session is rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, the session is considered a "Late Cancellation" and is forfeited.
Program Timeline: The Compass Reset is a high-momentum container; all sessions are intended to be used within the 4-week Program period unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Practitioner.
Emergencies: In the case of a true emergency, please reach out as soon as possible, and we will do our best to find a supportive solution.
8) Confidentiality
All sessions and communications are confidential except where disclosure is required by law (including where there is risk of harm to self/others, or where disclosure is required by a court/authority).
9) Intellectual Property & Portal Access
a) Ownership: All content, including written materials, Human Design reports, hypnotic/breathwork recordings, and proprietary frameworks within the Portal or sent via WhatsApp/Email, remain the sole property of The Inner Compass Method.
b) Limited License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your personal use only.
c) Prohibited Uses: You must not share your portal login details, distribute, sell, or reproduce any materials, or use them to create a competing product.
d) Breach: Any unauthorized sharing of portal access or materials is a material breach of this agreement and will result in immediate termination of access without refund, and potential legal action.
10) Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the Practitioner’s place of business (Australia). Any disputes will be handled in good faith first, then through appropriate legal channels if required.
11) Acceptance
By purchasing the Program, checking the Terms & Conditions checkbox at checkout, and/or attending sessions, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
